Official Rules & Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The IGNITE x III Points 2026 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Ignite International Ltd. (the “Sponsor”).
Instagram is not a sponsor, administrator, or otherwise affiliated with this Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to eligible individuals worldwide, except in jurisdictions where the Giveaway is prohibited or restricted by law.
Entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility from any potential winner.
Entrants and their guests must also satisfy any additional age, admission, identification, or eligibility requirements established by III Points, the festival venue, ticket issuer, or applicable law.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of their households are not eligible to participate.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who violates these Official Rules.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 8, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on September 30, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Period”).
Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter through Instagram, participants must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:
- Follow @ignite on Instagram;
- Follow @iiipoints on Instagram; and
- Tag their +1 in the comments of the official Giveaway post.
Participants must complete all entry requirements to receive one eligible entry.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual through multiple accounts, automated methods, bots, or other fraudulent or deceptive means may result in disqualification.
By tagging another individual, the entrant represents that they have the right or permission to identify or tag that individual, where applicable.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules.
5. Prize
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) pair of tickets, consisting of two (2) tickets total, to III Points 2026 in Miami, Florida, taking place October 16–17, 2026.
A total of ten (10) tickets will be awarded.
The exact ticket type and access provided will be determined by the Sponsor and/or III Points and are subject to availability and the applicable festival and ticketing terms and conditions.
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each pair of tickets is equal to the prevailing retail price of that ticket tier at the time of the drawing.
The prize includes festival tickets only. Airfare, transportation, hotel or other accommodations, meals, beverages, travel expenses, spending money, insurance, visa or passport expenses, and all other costs associated with attending the festival are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
Winners and their guests are responsible for obtaining any required travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, or other documentation necessary to travel to the United States and attend the festival.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion or where required by law.
If a winner or their guest is unable to attend the festival for any reason, the Sponsor is not responsible for providing a replacement prize or reimbursing any expenses.
6. Winner Selection
Five (5) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The random drawing will take place on or about September 30, 2026.
7. Winner Notification
Winners are expected to be announced on or about October 1, 2026, subject to verification of eligibility.
Potential winners will be contacted via direct message from the official @ignite Instagram account.
Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive a notification due to changes to their Instagram account, privacy settings, technical difficulties, or any other reason beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
The Sponsor will never require a winner to pay a fee, provide credit card or banking information, or purchase a product to claim the prize.
8. Festival Admission & Travel
All winners and guests are subject to the rules, policies, terms, conditions, health and safety requirements, and admission policies established by III Points, the festival venue, ticket issuer, and applicable authorities.
The Sponsor does not guarantee that the festival will take place as scheduled or that any particular artist, performance, experience, or event will occur.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, modification, interruption, or change to the festival or any portion thereof.
Winners and their guests are solely responsible for arranging and paying for all transportation, airfare, accommodations, meals, travel documents, insurance, and other expenses associated with attending the festival.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Instagram from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and promotional partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to:
- Participation in the Giveaway;
- Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize;
- Travel to or attendance at III Points;
- Any technical failure, interruption, or malfunction;
- Unauthorized intervention in the Giveaway;
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in or attendance at the festival; or
- Any cancellation, postponement, modification, or interruption of the festival.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
As a condition of accepting the prize, each winner shall ensure that their guest agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including the release and limitation of liability set forth in this Section 10, prior to receiving festival tickets. The Sponsor may require the guest to execute a separate release as a condition of ticket issuance.
11. Conduct
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or deceptively, or engages in conduct that the Sponsor determines to be disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, or harmful to the Giveaway, Sponsor, III Points, or other participants.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact potential winners, verify eligibility, and fulfill the prize.
By entering, participants acknowledge that the Sponsor may collect and process information necessary to administer the Giveaway in accordance with the Sponsor’s applicable Privacy Policy.

13. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, events beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, or any other circumstance compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated, the Sponsor may conduct a random drawing from eligible entries received prior to the event causing the termination, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
14. Taxes and Expenses
Any taxes, fees, duties, or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners are responsible for determining and complying with any tax reporting or payment obligations applicable to their prize.
15. Governing Law
These Official Rules are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Where permitted by law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and each entrant irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waives any objection based on forum non conveniens.
For participants residing outside the United States, nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any mandatory rights or protections provided by the laws of their country or jurisdiction of residence.
