The marijuana plant produces a number of cannabinoids – the two most of us are familiar with are CBD and THC. Besides CBD, there are many other, lesser-known natural cannabinoids which have been identified for their medicinal and therapeutic properties, such as CBN (cannabinol) and CBG (cannabigerol). Today we’re going to look at each one and what they can do.

CBN

CBN is naturally produced in hemp and marijuana plants in low quantities and it is also produced when THC is either exposed to heat or oxygen.

IGNITE recently added 350MG Full Spectrum CBN oil drops to our line for the first time. The drops contain multiple cannabinoids along with a powerful proprietary terpene blend – and the combination of these plant compounds magnifies the cannabinoid through an entourage effect.

The terpene blend contains hints of tart fruit and hops that are then mixed with the CBD and CBN cannabinoids along with fractionated coconut oil. The drops come with an easy-drop applicator that can also be used topically on the skin and you don’t have to worry about THC as, with all our CBD products, there is less than 0.3% of it which means no psychoactive effects.

We recommend you use it by placing a full 1ML dropper under your tongue and allowing it to absorb there for 90 seconds. You can also use it topically which means applying generously to the skin and rubbing it in. Stay away, however, from the eyes or broken skin. The key to success is consistency so use daily as needed then be sure to store in a dark, cool place.

If vaping is your preferred intake method, we now also offer CBN-specific IGNITE ONE pods. It’s a great new vape option that is fully compatible with the existing IGNITE ONE vape system. Each ONE pod contains 150MG of CBN. A single 3-second puff delivers approximately 2MG of CBN.

CBG

CBG is produced when the cannabigerolic acid (CBGA) that’s found in the marijuana plant is oxidized. And because the compound makes up less than 1% of the plant, CBG is considered a minor cannabinoid. It is non-psychoactive so it will not get you high – in fact, it can actually fight against the psychoactive properties of THC.

IGNITE also recently added 350MG Broad Spectrum CBG Oil Drops to its line. Each 30ML bottle contains approximately 12MG per 1ML and have high levels of CBG. The terpene blend contains hints of tangy fruit, citrus, sweet candy, and rounded out with a mint finish. As with the CBN drops, you can use this topically on the skin or sublingually, under the tongue. Do not use around the eyes or near broken skin.

As with other broad spectrum extracts, these drops contain multiple cannabinoids along with a powerful proprietary terpene blend. The combination of these plant compounds magnifies the cannabinoids through an entourage effect.

Both our CBN and CBG drops are made from hemp-derived cannabinoid-rich extracts; hemp-derived CBN extract (for the CBN drops); hemp-derived CBG extract (for the CBG drops); medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) from fractionated coconut oil; and a proprietary terpene blend. You can also be assured that, just like all IGNITE products, there are zero pesticides, microbial contamination or heavy metals, and they’re non-GMO and gluten-free.

Like our CBN pod above, we also offer CBG-specific IGNITE ONE pods with the same specs.

So what are you waiting for? Head over to IGNITE to see which drops or pods suit your needs the most – or get them all!
